Charis D’or offers a 30-day return and refund window for eligible products purchased directly from charisdor.com. This policy explains eligibility, how to request a return, who pays for shipping, and how refunds are processed. Charis D’or is operated by Molder Plastic Products.

1 Our 30 day return window

Submit your return request within 30 calendar days after delivery of the item you wish to return. The delivery date is day zero. For orders delivered in separate parcels, the period runs separately for each item from its delivery date. A request submitted on time remains timely while we review it or arrange the return.

This voluntary return window is additional to your rights under Philippine law. The 30-day limit and change-of-mind conditions below do not shorten statutory claim periods or remove remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed products.

2 Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, eligible cosmetics and skincare products may be returned within the 30-day request window when they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with any hygiene or tamper seals intact. Include the accessories or components originally supplied with the item.

Opened, used, or unsealed cosmetics are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund for hygiene reasons. Products damaged through customer mishandling or improper storage are also excluded from this voluntary offer. These exclusions do not apply to a valid claim arising from a defect, inaccurate description, our error, or another legal entitlement.

Discounted products remain eligible if they meet these conditions. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item, including the effect of discounts. For a partially returned bundle, we will explain the proportionate refund calculation before you send the return.

3 Defective or incorrect products

Contact us promptly if an item is damaged, leaking, expired when supplied, incorrect, missing, or materially different from its description. We will assess the concern fairly and provide the replacement, refund, or other remedy applicable under Philippine law. An opened product is not automatically excluded where opening or use revealed the issue.

An unboxing video is helpful but is not required for a valid claim. Missing original packaging or a paper receipt does not automatically defeat a claim supported by other reasonable evidence. Keep the item, batch information, and packaging where reasonably possible. Do not use a product that appears damaged or contaminated.

If you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice. Contact us with the product and batch details. We will assess the circumstances; a reaction is neither automatically proof of a defect nor automatically excluded from a valid claim.

4 How to request a return

Email charisdor.cosmetics@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request” or call/message 09602212735. Please provide:

Your name, contact details, and order number or other reasonable proof of purchase.

The item you wish to return, its delivery date, and the reason for your request.

Available photographs or other evidence where relevant to damage, an incorrect item, or a defect.

We will review your request, explain eligibility, and provide return or collection instructions. Please contact us before sending the item so we can identify your parcel and arrange appropriate handling. This process does not make statutory remedies dependent solely on our discretion.
